In MaaS360, the Help Desk role plays a crucial part in supporting end users within an organization. MaaS360 Help Desk agents are tasked with many functions that help resolve issues quickly and prevent escalations. In this interactive session, Matt Shaver, System Architect for MaaS360, will give a detailed walkthrough of the Help Desk role, provide answers to commonly asked questions, discuss when to escalate issues, and more. After his walkthrough, Matt will answer audience questions about the Help Desk role.
